New Buses for Odesa: Enhancing Public Transport
As part of the Ministry of Development's project «Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities», Odesa has acquired 27 additional buses (from Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Lviv, and the Mariupol community).
The city continues to operate existing social routes that mirror the city electric transport schemes.
Additionally, a new route has been introduced: «Freedom Avenue – Architect Street» (1 unit). This route duplicates tram route No. 27.
On January 6, Odesa received another 5 buses as part of the«Shoulder to Shoulder» project - this time from Zhytomyr. These are articulated buses that will be donated to the city.
They will soon undergo testing and will be added to the existing city routes alongside other community transport.
