Odessa Youth Theater Achieves Academic Status

Since 1919, the honorary title of «academic» has been awarded to the largest and oldest theaters in Ukraine. It is worth noting that the Odessa Youth Theater was founded in 1930 by graduates of the Odessa Theater School. In 2021, the Odessa Regional State Administration appealed to the Ministry of Culture to grant the Odessa Youth Theater academic status.
