Support for Weather-Affected Victims in Odesa
On October 8, 2025, an extraordinary session of the Odesa City Council of the VIII convocation took place.
Council members approved a resolution to allocate funds for the aid of individuals impacted by the recent weather conditions.
Amendments have been made to the City Target Program for providing social services, increasing funding by 126.28 million UAH in 2025.
This funding will be directed to district administrations for the distribution of financial aid to individuals affected by the emergency situation caused by the unusual rainfall on September 30.
Affected individuals should contact their district administrations to apply for assistance.
Amount of assistance:
- for apartments in multi-storey buildings — up to 87,600 UAH;
- for private houses — up to 189,900 UAH.
