New Partnerships for Development in Odesa Region
The Odesa Regional Development Agency is actively engaged in strengthening international ties and attracting new investments to the region.
Recently, an important meeting took place with representatives from the South Korean company ITOXI Corp and the Ukrainian-Korean Business Council. The following individuals visited the Odesa region:
- Alex Cheon — CEO of ITOXI Corp
- Ralph Kang — Vice President of ITOXI Corp
- Vadym Kirov — Secretary General of the Ukrainian-Korean Business Council
During the meeting, key areas for potential cooperation were discussed:
- development of technology parks and innovative infrastructure
- modernization of ports and logistics hubs in Odesa
- establishment of an international transport hub
- attraction of industrial investments and localization of production
- Korea's involvement in Ukraine's post-war recovery
As part of the meeting, a package of relevant investment projects from the region was presented to the Korean partners for further consideration and prioritization of cooperation.
