June 2025 Financial Inflows in Ukraine
In June 2025, the general fund of the state budget received 241.2 billion UAH in taxes, fees, and other payments, showing a notable increase compared to May, when the amount was 204.8 billion UAH.

Among the primary sources of revenues monitored by tax and customs authorities, the main contributions were:
- 49.7 billion UAH – dividends from state-owned enterprises;
- 43.5 billion UAH – VAT from imported goods;
- 30.1 billion UAH – personal income tax and military levy;
- 24.4 billion UAH – excise tax;
- 21.7 billion UAH – VAT from domestically produced goods (total collected 37.0 billion UAH, refunded 15.3 billion UAH);
- 5.2 billion UAH – corporate profit tax;
- 4.4 billion UAH – import and export duties;
- 3 billion UAH – rent payments for natural resource usage.
Additionally, an important source of income for June was international assistance in the form of grants amounting to 43.9 billion UAH.
Overall, for June 2025, the total inflows to the general and special funds amounted to 325.5 billion UAH.
In the first half of 2025, the general fund received 1.3 trillion UAH, while the total inflows to both general and special funds reached 1.87 trillion UAH.
The cash expenditures of the state budget during this period amounted to 2.4 trillion UAH, including 1.87 trillion UAH from the general fund.
State borrowings for the half-year totaled 856.2 billion UAH, which is 87.0% of the planned amount.
