Success in Privatization: State Property Fund Reports Weekly Achievements
During the past week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine conducted 12 successful privatization auctions, generating 120.49 million UAH for the government budget. The majority of the revenue came from the sale of three assets in southern Ukraine. This was reported by the State Property Fund.
"The State Property Fund team held 12 successful auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system, with a total of winning bids amounting to 120.49 million UAH", – the announcement states.
"Competition in the auctions led to a price increase of 2.32 times. In total, 33 participants competed, averaging 2.75 bidders per lot", – states the SPFU.
The most expensive asset last week was the Children's Health Center "Young Ship Repairman" in Odesa, with the price rising from the initial 14.2 million UAH to the final 70 million UAH, as reported by the SPFU.
There was also significant interest in the EMK of the State Enterprise "Odesa State Design Bureau of Film Equipment" in Odesa, with a final price of 33.5 million UAH.
The price for the EMK of the State Enterprise "Southern Scientific Research and Design Institute for the Development of Fishing Fleet" in Mykolaiv increased from the starting 379.9 thousand UAH to the final 8 million UAH.
This week, the SPFU plans to hold 20 online privatization auctions, featuring various privatization offers.
This includes a state share package of 26% in the PJS Company "Naftokhimik Prykarpattia," the EMK of the State Enterprise "Slavutytsia Building Porcelain Plant," a 50% +1 share package in the PJS Company "Rivne Radio Technical Plant," and others.
It is worth noting that currently, the portfolio of small privatization objects in Ukraine consists of 1240 objects, while the large privatization portfolio includes 19 objects.
As a result of the first year of online auctions for large privatization in the state electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales, the state received 8.9 billion UAH.
Previously, the State Property Fund of Ukraine reported that the results of small privatization auctions on Prozorro.Sales over seven years amounted to over 21.8 billion UAH to budgets of various levels.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has also reported that as a result of its activities, over 6 billion UAH has been transferred to the state budget.
As of the first half of 2025, privatization has already contributed 820.5 million UAH to the state budget and 156.59 million UAH in VAT, bringing the total economic effect to over 977 million UAH.
