Cultural Accessibility for All
During the National Accessibility Week, the organization «CULTURAL DIVERSITY» hosted an event where 30 individuals with disabilities were able to attend the performance of «Natalka Poltavka» at the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater.
«Culture must be open to everyone. The right to feel emotions is as important as the right to education or healthcare,» noted Alexey Morozov, advisor to the Mayor of Odessa on accessibility issues.
This event marks another step towards creating an accessible Odessa, where art is available for all.
A heartfelt thank you to the Odessa National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet for their support and for providing tickets.
