Inclusive Beach in Odesa: A Hub for Connection and Leisure
The inclusive beach No. 11 in Odesa has long transformed into more than just a leisure spot — it has become a hub of support, connection, and new friendships.
At the beginning of September, around a hundred veterans and their families gathered here to spend a day by the sea, chat, laugh, and simply enjoy each other's company.
The sea breeze, the music of the military band, the aroma of barbecued food, and heartfelt conversations all contributed to an atmosphere where everyone felt at home.
«Here were friends, comrades, families united by shared values», - noted Odesa's deputy mayor Serhiy Kotsyuba.
It’s worth reminding that the municipal inclusive beach No. 11 opened its doors on July 1, 2025. Since then, thousands of residents of Odesa and people from all corners of Ukraine have found a place to relax and rejuvenate.
The event was organized with the support of the Primorsky District Administration in collaboration with the NGO «Barrier-Free».
