Fatal Accident in Odesa: Woman in Audi Strikes Pedestrian
The police are investigating the circumstances of a fatal car accident in Odesa, which happened near Shevchenko Park. A woman driving an Audi struck a man at an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing.
This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police.
The incident took place yesterday, February 9, around 4 PM on Hetman Sahaidachnyi Boulevard. According to Dmytro Slyuta, head of the transportation crimes investigation department of the Odesa region police, it has been preliminarily established that a 33-year-old female driver of the Audi hit a man who was crossing the road at an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing. The victim succumbed to his injuries.
