Celebrating Children's Rights: Significance and Purpose
International Children’s Day is an annual observance that this year marks the 35th anniversary of the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. This day, along with the «Ukraine for Every Child» campaign, aims to strengthen advocacy for children's rights and encourage the participation of children and strategic partners.
The campaign seeks to emphasize the importance of considering children's interests across various sectors, including education, culture, economy, healthcare, and national reconstruction.
«Ukraine for Every Child» — a child-centered country where the dreams of every child matter. It all begins with family, where children grow up with opportunities for development, learning, and achieving their goals. Safe learning and exploration are only possible in a nurturing environment. Such environments foster brave adults who are not afraid to change the world. That’s why the future relies on how our children live today, as they will be the decision-makers tomorrow, becoming doctors, teachers, and architects, affecting us all and the nation as a whole.
