Digitalization of Government Services by 2026
The Ukrainian government has launched a new initiative to expand the availability of government services online through the Diia platform and other electronic services.
This plan involves 25 government agencies, including the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Our goal is to make government services as convenient and accessible as possible for every Ukrainian, eliminating paperwork and bureaucracy.
We aim to digitalize services in over 30 areas, including education, healthcare, veterans' social protection, military services, construction, customs, and more. Among the new services are online registration for divorce and death, as well as remote theoretical driving exams. Customs services will also be streamlined to reduce bureaucracy and combat corruption.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs continues efforts to digitize the state, enabling citizens to access services faster and without bureaucratic hurdles. We are making the government more digital and services more convenient for all.
