Obtaining Documents through Diia: New Opportunities
No need to visit city councils or stand in lines anymore; simply use Diia to quickly order a document confirming that your property has been damaged or destroyed due to military actions.
Diia provides two types of extracts from the Registry:
- About the damaged or destroyed property you own.
- About your application for compensation under the eRecovery program.
The extract will include information about the extent of damage and details of the restoration work needed. This document is essential when applying for benefits, insurance services, social payments, termination of ownership rights for destroyed housing, or for court proceedings.
Getting an extract is straightforward. Open the Diia app — Services — eRecovery — Extract from the Registry. A few clicks and you’ll have the extract on your smartphone, saving you time. We've created a detailed guide to ensure you encounter no difficulties while obtaining the extract.
