New Register of Mineral Extraction Licenses in Ukraine
The State Geological Service of Ukraine has announced the launch of a new State Register of Special Licenses for Mineral Extraction.
This information was confirmed by the press service of the State Geological Service.
The register contains data on:
- date and conditions of issuance of the special license for mineral extraction,
- extension of the term and amendments,
- type and purpose of extraction,
- information about the mineral sites,
- sources of funding for planned works (public or private),
- special conditions, information about owners, and approvals for granting licenses,
- data on agreements regarding extraction conditions and other significant aspects.
According to the State Geological Service, the special license is issued in the form of an electronic extract from the register. All information contained in the extract is accurate as of its creation date.
The register operates continuously, except during technical maintenance.
During the martial law period, access to the register is restricted, except for law enforcement agencies and government authorities.
The head of the State Geological Service, Oleg Hotsynets, noted that they are currently preparing to establish registers for artesian, oil, and gas wells.
Reminder:
Users of the "Diia" app can submit claims to the register for compensation for emotional distress due to the loss of a close family member.
Civilians affected by Russian aggression since February 24, 2022, have the opportunity to submit six additional categories of claims for compensation to the international register of damages.
The "Diia" app has also added extracts from the register of damaged and destroyed property — documentation regarding housing destruction or submitted applications for recovery.
