Celebration at Odesa Zoo for Independence Day
A lively celebration was held at the Odesa Zoo in honor of Independence Day and Flag Day of Ukraine.
For the young visitors, an exciting program was prepared: fun games, contests, free face painting, workshops, and delicious ice cream. During one of the workshops, children along with their parents left colorful handprints on a map of Ukraine.
Moreover, entertainers delighted the kids with a bubble show, creating an atmosphere of joy and fun.
The Odesa Zoo expresses gratitude to the NGO 'Free and Faithful', the exemplary dance collective 'Fairy Tale', and the Seraphim Sarovsky Children's Fund for their assistance in organizing the celebration.
Additionally, a festive concert took place on Deribasivska Street for Flag Day and Independence Day of Ukraine.
The concert featured performances by: the military academy orchestra 'Studio-117', the exemplary dance studio Dance drum show, a combined choir consisting of the exemplary choir 'Cantilenna' from S.K. Kryzhanovskyi Music School and the senior choir 'Allegro' from Music School No. 2 named after O.K. Glazunov, as well as the Odesa City Center for Choreographic Arts, bands: THE NIKAS, PortMone, 'Friend Musician', and the ensemble 'Slavs'. The event was hosted by Dmytro Bohomolov.
Such events not only inspire but also unite Ukrainians, reminding them of the importance of unity and patriotism during this challenging time for the country.
