Audition Announcement for New Rock Opera in Odessa
The Odessa Academic Theater of Musical Comedy named after M. Vodyanyy is inviting applications for the main roles in the rock opera «Romeo and Juliet» by Yevheniy Lapeika. Male candidates for the role of Romeo should be aged 18 to 23, tenors with attractive appearances. Female candidates for Juliet must be aged 14 to 18, sopranos with appealing looks. Musical education is preferred.
For the audition: please prepare a prose piece or poem and a vocal performance in Ukrainian.
Documents (full-length photo, birth certificate/passport, and educational document if available) will be accepted from April 7 to April 17 via email at muzkomediya@gmail.com.
