First Aid Training for High School Seniors in Odesa
Throughout November, first aid training was conducted for 11th-grade students in Odesa's secondary schools, organized by the «Training Center «SAR».
The sessions took place at the Municipal Institution «Service Office «Veteran Hub» (Primorsky, Khadyzhbiy, and Kyiv districts) and Odesa Lyceum No. 40 (Peresyp district).
The training program consisted of two phases: an educational phase and a competitive phase. During the educational phase, students attended workshops on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, actions for knife wounds, and managing airway obstructions. The competitive phase involved team-based practical tasks, reinforcing the knowledge and skills acquired.
Upon completion of the training, participants received appropriate certificates.
This training is a crucial step in preparing students for the urban competition «Young Paramedic», aimed at developing practical skills, teamwork, and fostering responsible youth.
