Mystery Finalists in Eurovision 2025
It has been revealed, who the participants are that have advanced to the grand final of Eurovision 2025, which will take place this Saturday, May 17. Following the voting results, Ukraine also made it to the next stage, represented by the band Ziferblat with their song "Bird of Pray".
During the first semi-final, Ziferblat showcased a truly magical performance with pyrotechnics. The presentation was styled in muted pink tones with elements of retro aesthetics. The band members’ outfits — stylish costumes reminiscent of the 70s — harmonized perfectly with the deep message of the composition. The powerful vocals of Daniil Leshchynskyi, expressing profound sorrow for Ukraine, drew resounding applause in the St. Jakobshalle hall.
The contest song "Bird of Pray", written in both English and Ukrainian, tells a story of loss and hope, of a spiritual prayer that overcomes the chaos of war and the darkness of inner struggle. Special mention goes to the backing vocalist Kristina, who, despite the tragic loss of her own home due to shelling in eastern Ukraine, performed on stage, moving many viewers.
The grand final of Eurovision 2025, in which Ukraine is participating, will take place on Saturday, May 17. A total of 26 countries will compete. Our band Ziferblat will once again showcase their talent in an attempt to secure victory for Ukraine.
