A New Era of Electronic Education in Ukraine
Since the launch of the electronic education document service in the "Diia" application, Ukrainians have used it over 26 million times.
This was reported by the Minister of Education and Science, Oksen Lisovyi, at the "Post-Education Dream" conference, as informed by "Interfax".
"Thanks to our collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, we have implemented several initiatives that have made education significantly more accessible for students, parents, and teachers. In "Diia", electronic education documents have already been generated over 26 million times," stated the minister.
He also noted that the department has simplified the submission of documents for participation in the national multi-subject test (NMT), introduced fully electronic attendance tracking for children in schools, and created the ability to submit applications for student transfers or enrollments in educational institutions electronically.
It is worth mentioning that the option to obtain education documents became available in the "Diia" application in March 2024.
The Ministry of Education explained that diplomas, certificates, or attestations are "pulled" automatically, but only those that contain information in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (UDEB) are displayed.
Additionally, the application does not allow access to education documents that were not relocated after the occupation.
