Casualties in Odesa: Aftermath of the Night Attack

The total number of casualties from the attack on Odesa has risen to eight people. As of this morning, four injured individuals remain in local medical facilities, while others are receiving outpatient treatment.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.
Criminal proceedings initiated
The Odesa regional prosecutor's office has opened a criminal case under part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes). The attack damaged residential buildings, private enterprise premises, medical facilities, shops, service stations, and at least 37 vehicles (both passenger and commercial). Law enforcement agencies are currently documenting all the consequences of the shelling.
