Innovations in Odesa: New Opportunities for Business and Education
On April 17, 2025, a regional event titled «Innovations in Odesa: Education, Business, and Governance» took place, gathering representatives from local authorities, businesses, educational institutions, and international organizations.
The main goal of this forum was to discuss how to create an innovative ecosystem for the development of individuals, education, business, and effective governance in today's conditions.
The Secretary of the Odesa City Council, Ihor Koval, welcomed all participants of the event.
The forum highlighted that modern Ukrainian businesses require practical education for youth and those looking to retrain.
Participants emphasized the importance of short training programs, the development of entrepreneurial skills, dual education, and closer collaboration between businesses and educational institutions.
Sustainable development is only possible through continuous dialogue and cooperation between businesses, educational institutions, and local authorities.
Such partnerships help not only adapt education to the needs of the economy but also invest in human capital, preserve and develop talents, create joint initiatives, and foster an effective ecosystem for growth.
