Services Restored After Data Center Outage
After a technical failure at the data center, most services have been restored.
This was confirmed by De Nova's CEO, Maxim Ageev.
He reported that the power outage lasted from 8:03 to 8:17. The causes of the incident are still unknown, but Ageev dismissed the possibility of a cyberattack.
According to him, routine maintenance was underway at the data center when an automatic power switching system malfunctioned, blocking access to backup power.
Ageev noted that De Nova has restored services for most clients, who are returning to normal operations, although some companies are still "in line" for restoration, which may take several hours.
