Winter Running Event in Odessa: Results and Winners
On December 22, a sports event took place in Odessa - the first stage of the SEASIDE RUNNERS Winter Cup.
A total of 152 participants from different age categories competed.
Among the youngest participants (under 6 years old) in the 60-meter race, Regina and Lev Kalchenko took the victory, while silver went to Nika Polishina and Valera Isaev, and bronze was awarded to Oliviah Lutskievich and David Horishok.
In the 7-13 age group for girls in the 1 km race, Valeriya Tsybulishchenko claimed victory, followed by Polina Tsybulishchenko in second place, and third was Viktoriya Vlasyuk. For boys in this category, the winner was Klimentiy Gerasymchuk, with Andriy Zasnov in second and Andriy Kyriakov in third.
In the 5 km race, Olga Moroz and Yevhen Yasinskyi took the top spots, with Elizabeth Sheremeta and Denys Polyakov winning silver, and bronze going to Anya Novikova and Maksym Petrov.
The 10 km race saw Sofia Harmash and Serhiy Saltevskyi finish first, followed by Anna Osmukha and Yevhen Vavilov in second, and third place went to Olena Titova and Dmytro Bolotnyi.
In the longest distance of 25 km, the winners were Karina Grygoryan and Maksym Kyriak, with Julia Kyrynychanska and Viktor Lazanyuk taking silver, and bronze awarded to Oksana Postolenko and Artur Zherebtsov.
In addition to the races, a festive program was organized for children.

The Winter Cup is a series of races designed to test physical fitness. Winners will be determined both for individual stages and based on overall results. The event is organized by the public organization SEASIDE RUNNERS with the support of the Odessa City Council.
