Athletes with Disabilities Shine in Recent Championships
The championships took place from March 14 to 18 at the Western Rehabilitation Sports Center of NKSUI.
Thirteen regions of Ukraine were represented by athletes with mobility impairments and visual impairments.
Competing for the Odesa region was Andrii Dudnyk, an athlete from the Odesa Regional Center "Invasport" and a member of the reserve national Paralympic team for para skiing and biathlon (coach – Serhii Petryshchev). Andrii displayed determination and spirit during the competitions in the LW 10-12 class (sitting):
- 6th place – 1.6 km sprint (qualification freestyle)
- 6th and 7th place – 5 km race (freestyle).
