Renovation of the Surgical Pavilion in Odesa

As part of the latest initiatives by the government and the European Investment Bank, a plan has been approved for the renovation of the surgical pavilion at the city clinical hospital No. 1 in Odesa.

This pavilion is a significant architectural landmark and one of the most attractive buildings in the hospital complex.

The renovation works will include roof replacement, facade restoration, gate renovations, and the installation of artistic lighting.

Additionally, the internal spaces of the surgical pavilion will be updated to meet modern medical standards, including the use of specialized panels to enhance patient and staff conditions.

Moreover, the recovery program includes major repairs to the heating supply networks, along with the installation of a new modular boiler house, which will provide the main source of heating for the hospital.

The boiler will operate automatically with safety systems to prevent emergency situations.

Renovation of other hospital buildings continues, funded by the Odesa city budget.

To enhance rehabilitation services, repairs are being carried out in the former Utility Block, where a rehabilitation department is planned.

The two-story building will accommodate 20 beds, sanitary blocks, physiotherapy rooms, and other necessary facilities.

Additionally, a project for a civil protection facility with a capacity of 375 places and three operating rooms has been developed to ensure patient safety.
