State Support for Prosthetics in Odesa Region in 2024
In 2024, a total of 4,400 individuals in the Odesa region received state support for prosthetic devices and rehabilitation aids.
This information was provided by the press service of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
The funding amounted to 226 million UAH.
Overall, last year, the government allocated over 5 billion UAH for providing Ukrainians with prosthetics and necessary rehabilitation tools.
Across Ukraine, more than 416,000 rehabilitation aids were issued to 108,000 citizens.
This is critically important, as each prosthetic, wheelchair, or orthosis offers a chance to move again, work, and live a full life alongside loved ones, - noted the Odesa Regional State Administration.
