Exploring New Features in MISTO: Survey Results

From August 6 to 21, 2025, a survey titled «What new digital services would you like to see in the MISTO app?» was conducted in the MISTO mobile application.

The results showed that residents of Odessa are most eager for the following services:
• tracking public transport — 19%;
• payment for transport fares — 16%.

Digital transport services will be available soon in MISTO!

The next popular options included:
• ticket purchases (zoos, museums, etc.) — 12%;
• partner services (train and bus tickets, concerts, performances) — 10%.

Equal votes (8%) were received for:
• inquiries to local representatives;
• tourist routes with audio guides.

Second to last place (7%) went to:
• medical services (doctor appointments);
• payment of utility bills (heating, water, gas, electricity, waste).

The least priority was given to:
• accessibility maps;
• payment of parking fines.
