Raising the Flag in Odesa
Today, August 23, the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine was celebrated with the raising of the national flag in Odesa.
Governor Oleg Kiper announced this.
“Victory belongs to Ukraine! Soon the blue and yellow flags will soar over all our cities and towns!”, – wrote Oleg Kiper.
The ceremony was attended by local authorities, military personnel, and community members, with the orchestra performing the National Anthem.
Across the country, many festive events are taking place today.
