Registering Your Marriage Online: A New Method
You can now apply for marriage registration online.
No need to visit the registry office. With just a few clicks on the Diia platform, you can submit your application and choose the date and time for the ceremony.
To do this:
- log in to the Diia portal and navigate to the «Family» section;
- select the service «Marriage Application»;
- fill out the application and choose the date and venue for registration;
- pay the administrative fee;
- sign the application with an electronic signature;
- your partner needs to log into their account on the portal, follow the link from the email to the application, and sign it with an electronic signature.
After that, the selected registry office will send you a confirmation and details about the ceremony via email.
The process of submitting an application online takes less than 15 minutes.
This service is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the support of the European Union under the EU4DigitalUA project.
