Launch of the New MISTO Digital Platform in Odesa
On April 3, 2025, the Accessibility Council held a meeting in Odesa where the new digital platform MISTO was presented. The meeting was chaired by the mayor of the city, Hennadiy Trukhanov.
This innovative platform aims to simplify access to municipal services and enhance communication between the government and citizens.
Participants were introduced to the key tools and features of the platform. This included accessibility tools that are already available, as well as services still in development.
Particular attention was given to the «Accessibility Map» service, which is currently being actively developed. Expert groups from the Accessibility Council will provide verified information to the Department of Information and Digital Solutions about accessible services, infrastructure, educational and healthcare institutions, as well as leisure elements for mapping.
