This initiative targets women who already have experience in public service digitalization and wish to develop their management skills, strategic thinking, and effective solution implementation.
Program duration: May — September 2025.
Eligible participants include:
Women employed in executive government bodies or affiliated institutions.
Candidates with higher education and at least 2 years of professional experience.
