Warning: Scam Alert from 'Ukrposhta'

Recently, a fraudulent scheme has emerged online, posing as «Ukrposhta».

This warning comes from the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Fraudulent Activities Impersonating «Ukrposhta»

Users are receiving suspicious messages regarding their parcels, requesting them to update their delivery address via a link.

If you happen to receive such a notification, do not click or follow the link!

«Under no circumstances should you follow such links or enter your details, as scammers could gain access to your personal information».

How to identify scammers: tips from «Ukrposhta»

«Ukrposhta» emphasizes that it does not send messages from unknown numbers.

The company warns that any additional punctuation marks are a sign of fraud.

«Any extra dashes, commas, periods, or extra letters indicate fraud. Additionally, we do not message anyone from «unknown» numbers. Do not enter your banking information, and do not share anything with third parties», - states the announcement.
