Drone Attack on Odessa: Impact and Assistance
On the evening of April 21, 2025, the city of Odessa experienced a significant drone strike targeting its densely populated areas.
The attack resulted in damage to residential buildings, vital infrastructure, vehicles, and educational institutions. There are reported casualties among residents.
The Mayor of Odessa, along with emergency and municipal services, arrived at the scene.
Operational headquarters have been established at the following addresses: Inghezi St. 16 and Heroes of Krut St. 23/25. Another headquarters is located at the Hadzhybei District Administration building on Yevhen Tantsiura St. 22.
District administration staff, in collaboration with municipal services, are accepting applications for material assistance and providing consultations on the necessary documentation for its processing.

Under the coordination of Odessa's Mayor's advisor Veronika Etnarovych, assistance points from various charitable and public organizations, including “Tenth of April” supported by UNHCR, the Red Cross, World Central Kitchen, and “Winds of Change,” have been set up at the site of the attack's aftermath.
