Enhancing Infrastructure in Cheriomushki
Staff of the communal enterprise «Housing and Communal Service «Cheriomushki» are actively working on enhancing the yard areas.
Every day, the company's janitors carry out cleaning tasks (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, collecting litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).
Additionally, the municipal workers manage lawn mowing, tree trimming, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the buildings they service.
The specialists from «JKS «Cheriomushki» also perform repairs of essential systems upon residents' requests (replacement and repair of heating, water supply, sewage pipes, electrical supply, roofs, entrances, etc.).
Since the beginning of October, the enterprise's employees have conducted technical maintenance of the elevator unit at the address: Ovidiopolskaya Road, 6, completed repairs of the central heating pipeline in the basements of buildings at the addresses: Cosmonauts St., 66, and E. Tantsiuri (Gen. Petrova), 7/1, as well as other preparations for the heating season at: Filatova St., 66, Novikov St., 17, and Cosmonauts St., 19/1.
At residents' requests, specialists also carried out partial roof repairs at: Ivan and Yuriy Lip St., 76, Varna St., 14/2, E. Tantsiuri (Gen. Petrova), 45, Filatova St., 37, and I. Rabin St., 29.
Furthermore, the municipal workers conducted technical maintenance and repair of drainage systems at the address: St. Sv. Rikhtera, 148/1, replaced an automatic circuit breaker in the electrical panel at the building on Cosmonauts St., 28, and checked sewage wells at: I. Rabin St. 5, 22, and 57, performed cleaning of the sewer outlet at Radisna St., 23, and restored the sewage pipeline at Filatova St., 48.
