Community Services Update: Recent Achievements and Future Plans

In response to residents' needs, the specialists from the Community Enterprise «Housing Services» continuously carry out maintenance work on the infrastructure of buildings: roof repairs, replacement of drainage pipes, maintenance of heating systems, electrical work, and more. 

Every day, the cleaning staff maintains order in the yards. Their tasks include cleaning (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, removing litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

Additionally, the community workers mow grass, trim trees, clean fallen leaves, and care for flowerbeds and lawns outside the buildings they manage. They also participate in citywide cleanup events as needed, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of emergencies. 

Since the beginning of the year, the «Housing Services» received 136 requests from residents. By the end of February, 129 requests were completed, with 7 still pending.
Work included repairs on sewage systems (55), heating systems (31), water supply (22), restoring electrical networks (18), and roofing (3).

The «Fountain Housing Services» received 195 requests, completed 135, with 60 still in progress.

The «Black Sea Housing Services» processed 917 requests, including repairs to sewage systems and water supply (241), electrical networks (131), and other services. 

The «Khmelnytskyi Housing Services» received 161 requests, completed 152, with 9 still pending.
Requests included repairs to sewage systems (32), heating systems (17), water supply (18), electrical networks (17), and roofing (19).

The «Porto-Franckivsk Housing Services» received 144 requests, completed 98, with 46 still pending.
Work included repairs on sewage systems (32), heating systems (29), water supply (33), electrical networks (14), roofing (30), and tree trimming (19).

The «Cheremushki Housing Services» processed 329 requests, completed 292, with 37 still pending.
Information requests were also handled (101). Repairs included sewage systems (32), heating systems (38), water supply (57), electrical networks (10), roofing (19), tree trimming (8), and entrance repairs (10).

The «Vuzovsky Housing Services» received 73 requests, completed 45, with 28 still pending.
Requests included repairs to heating systems (5), roofing (8), and others.
