Community Maintenance: How the Municipal Service Ensures Cleanliness
The employees of the Municipal Enterprise «JKS «Vuzivsky» work daily to keep the residential areas in order.
Twice a day, the cleaners perform cleaning tasks (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).
Additionally, they handle grass cutting, tree trimming, and maintenance of flower beds and lawns surrounding the buildings under their care.
Moreover, specialists from «JKS «Vuzivsky» carry out repairs to building utilities upon residents' requests (replacement and repair of heating and water pipes, sewage systems, electrical supply, roofs, staircases, etc.).
Since the beginning of October, employees have replaced sections of stormwater pipes at the addresses: Lustdorfskaya Road, 54v and Ak. Glushka Ave, 14. They also replaced a section of the storm sewage pipe at the address: Heavenly Hundred Ave, 30.
At the residents' request, repairs were made to the rolled roofing leaks at the address: Cosmonauts St, 7.
In early October, the bad weather added to the workload, as workers from «JKS «Vuzivsky» cut down large branches that were blown down by the wind at the following addresses: Ak. Glushka Ave / Ak. Korolev St, Scientific St, 50/3, and Heavenly Hundred Ave, 29.
Additionally, the cleaning workers of «JKS «Vuzivsky» collaborated with the employees of «City Roads» to clean the designated area for bulky waste at: Heavenly Hundred Ave, 4.
