Ukraine Shines at Table Hockey World Championship
The Table Hockey World Championship concluded in Umeå, Sweden, where the Ukrainian team achieved 5 medals of various types. The only gold medal was won by Anna Ivantsova.

The silver medals were claimed by the women's team (Anna Ivantsova, Polina Kvasnikova, Karina Pirumshoyeva) and the junior boys (Artem Matantsev, Artem Tsiluyko, Alexander Pilipenko, Mikhail Razkevich).
The bronze medal among men was awarded to Evgeniy Matantsev, while Artem Matantsev took bronze in the junior category.
It should be noted that Evgeniy was the world champion in 2023 and won the European championship last year.
This was the first time in 30 years that Umeå hosted the world championship. The world championship takes place every two years.
