Financial Performance of IT Industry in 2025

The total revenue of leading IT companies in Ukraine for 2025 reached UAH 56.48 billion. The top 10 saw some changes - two companies exited the list, one of which had been there for two years.

Leading the revenue rankings is GlobalLogic Ukraine, owned by the American Bonus Technology INC. Its annual revenue saw a slight increase of 2% to UAH 11.66 billion, while profits dropped by 28% to UAH 653 million. This marks the company's first place.

Following closely are two companies from Epam, founded by Arkadiy Dobkin, which account for a third of the top ten's earnings. Epam Systems (Epam) dropped one position with a revenue of UAH 11.35 billion, down 10% from 2023, but its profit increased by 27% to UAH 1.67 billion.

Epam Digital continues to grow, achieving a revenue of UAH 7.5 billion (+25%) and profits of UAH 838 million (+11%), securing the third spot in the index.

Luxoft Solutions remains in fourth place, recording a revenue of UAH 5.45 billion, down 7%, while profits decreased by 12% to UAH 263.6 million.

The Institute of Information Technologies "Intellias" occupied fifth place with a revenue of UAH 4.06 billion (-6%), while its profit increased by 18% to UAH 300.7 million. The business is owned by IT Elite Limited, with Vitaliy Sedler and Mykhailo Puzrakov as the ultimate owners.

SoftServe Technologies climbed two spots to sixth place, with revenue rising to UAH 3.83 billion, while profits remained steady at UAH 210 million.

Fintech Band, owned by the founders of Monobank, lost two positions, landing in seventh place with a revenue of UAH 3.71 billion, while profits fell to UAH 1.15 billion.

Ninth place goes to Infopulse Ukraine, founded by Oleksiy Sihoviy and Andriy Anisimov, now owned by Swedish company NUK HOLDING AB. The company’s revenue decreased by 5% to UAH 3.06 billion, and profits fell by 14% to UAH 332.7 million.

This year, newcomers appeared in the index. Hilooad Solutions (formerly Favbet Tech) entered the ranking with a revenue of UAH 3.22 billion and profits of UAH 2.4 billion, contributing a third of the total profit of the ranked companies.

Another newcomer, SQUAD Ukraine, rounds out the top ten, established in August 2022. The business is owned by Cypriot company SQUAD IT Limited, with Ukrainian owners Lyubomyr Vasilyev and Yuriy Katkov. SQUAD's revenue grew 2.8 times to UAH 2.6 billion, and profits increased 3.4 times to UAH 80.6 million.

Seven out of ten companies chose the legal regime of Diya City, except for Epam Systems, Luxoft Solutions, and Intellias.

This year, the following companies exited the IT companies index:

Playtika Ukraine, with revenue down 8% to UAH 2.14 billion;

SoftServe Industry, with revenue reduced by more than half to UAH 889 million.
