The Psychological Impact of War: A Lecture in Odessa

On April 29, a significant event took place at the Odessa National Scientific Library - a lecture titled 'The Psychological Impact of War' featuring Antonina Bruss, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Psychotherapy.

This event was organized as part of the 'Mental Health' program, implemented in collaboration with the Mental Health Coordination Center of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the initiative of the First Lady, Olena Zelenska, 'How are you?'.

Students from the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs were invited to participate in an open discussion about the changes in the psychological state of Ukrainians over three years of war.

Antonina Bruss emphasized that war is not just a physical confrontation but also a profound emotional and mental struggle that affects everyone, regardless of age or gender.

The event contributed to enhancing emotional literacy and raising awareness of the mental consequences of war, providing participants with tools to maintain their inner balance.
