Revamping Urban Infrastructure: Introduction of MISTO Platform
The city administration of Odessa unveils the MISTO platform, which will serve as a pivotal tool for improving citizens' lives and enhancing urban management efficiency. MISTO aims to make daily life more comfortable and secure for residents. This modern digital tool allows for faster access to essential services and information.
The "Digital Services Platform MISTO" is a cutting-edge cloud-based platform designed to integrate and digitalize city services into a unified management system. This provides centralized access to information and services through a single portal and mobile applications. Additionally, users can quickly access data and interact with municipal services.
Key features of the mobile application for residents:
- Online registration for the Administrative Services Center
- Hourly parking service: a convenient payment method for parking
- “Social Taxi” service for people with disabilities
- Electronic democracy: participation in polls
- Safety: alerts for emergencies, maps of shelters
- Environmental monitoring: air quality data
- Interactive maps: public restrooms, water sources, and other essential locations
The platform's functionality will be regularly updated with new features. Soon, residents will be able to participate in voting on petitions. Additionally, citizens will be able to send requests to the Unified Citizen Appeals Center and track public transport.
Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov emphasized that this platform will change the approach to city management and interaction with residents. It is a tool to tackle challenges and make Odessa a safer city.
