New Dairy Farm Initiative in Ostrivne

This autumn, the village of Ostrivne in the Surovorsk community of the Izmail district plans to establish a dairy farm valued at over 35 million UAH. The project aims to secure foreign investments for its realization.

Dairy Farm
Currently, the project and permit documentation for the dairy farm's construction in Ostrivne is being developed. The first phase involves building a barn for 200 cows, which will be cared for by 21 staff members. The second phase includes launching a milk processing plant within three to four years, which will produce products under its own brand in the Odessa region.
Funding for the Farm
The foreign investor plans to invest 35 million UAH to renovate the former buildings of the local farm, covering an area of six hectares. The new enterprise is expected to start operations in a year and a half and will initially collaborate with processing plants in the Odessa region.
