Ensuring Safety and Comfort on Urban Roads
The specialists of the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» are responsible for maintaining the streets, bridges, and overpasses of the city, as well as essential hydraulic structures and the stormwater drainage system.
The profile employees perform both manual and mechanical cleaning of the roads, and in the summer, they also conduct mechanical washing of the pavement.
They regularly clean and repair storm drains, drainage wells, and other facilities. Additionally, the experts carry out sidewalk repairs, pothole repairs, and painting and cleaning of bus stops and bins. If necessary, they elevate manholes and storm grates to road level.
Since the beginning of 2024, the enterprise workers have repaired 141 sq.m of paving, 1162.02 sq.m of tile flooring, and 16.4 sq.m of stairs. The pothole repair of the road surface amounts to 39556.97 sq.m, while the asphalt covering of the roadway is 5526.59 sq.m and sidewalks are 3258.1 sq.m.
A total of 11333.85 sq.m of excavations have been restored following the completion of work by the «City Heating Supply of Odesa» enterprise.
