Infrastructure Improvements in Residential Buildings for 2024
In 2024, the Municipal Company 'Housing and Utilities Service' conducted significant repair work in the buildings under its management.
A total of 778 requests from residents were processed.
The specialists performed various repairs to enhance living conditions, including roof repairs – 510 sq.m; replacement of drainage and sewer pipes – 365 m; electrical installation works (replacement of cables) – 610 m; modernization of sewer outlets – 108 m; stairwell repairs in 8 buildings – 1230 sq.m; improvement of paving in 9 buildings – 94 sq.m; installation of mailboxes in 4 buildings.
Additionally, in preparation for the heating season, current repairs of central heating systems were performed in 167 residential buildings – 340 m, and 83 valves were replaced.
Moreover, the company's janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is carried out twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing trash bins, etc.).
The municipal workers are also involved in mowing grass, trimming trees, collecting fallen leaves, and maintaining flower beds and lawns near the serviced buildings. If necessary, they participate in city-wide cleanup events, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of military attacks.
