Renovation of Housing Infrastructure in 2024
In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Service «Vuzivskyi» implemented a comprehensive renovation of facilities under its management.
At the request of residents, specialists carried out the following works: roof repairs covering an area of 2640 sq. m; restoration of downpipes - 280 linear meters; replacement of window units in elevator shafts and stairwells - 50 units; repair of elevator machinery rooms and staircases - 2920 sq. m; facade restoration - 1764 sq. m; heating system upgrades - 480 linear meters; cold water supply repairs - 432 linear meters; drainage repairs - 528 linear meters; electrical supply repairs - 623 linear meters; replacement of light fixtures - 329 units.
Additionally, the enterprise's janitors maintain cleanliness in the yards daily, performing cleaning twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, cleaning debris, washing garbage bins, etc.).
The municipal workers also cut grass, trim trees, clean fallen leaves, and take care of flower beds and lawns near the serviced buildings. If necessary, they participate in citywide cleanup days, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of enemy attacks.
