Repairs and Maintenance of Residential Buildings in 2024
In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Service «Peresyp» carried out comprehensive repairs of structural elements and engineering networks in the buildings under its management.
A total of 764 requests from residents were processed.
At the request of the residents, the specialists of the Municipal Enterprise «HCS «Peresyp» performed the following repair works on the life support systems of the buildings: repair of the central heating system – 15 requests; replacement of the central heating pipes – 76 p/m; replacement of the sewage pipeline – 54 p/m; replacement of cold water supply pipes – 132 p/m; replacement of stormwater drainage pipes – 20 p/m; roof repairs – slate – 59 sq.m and soft – 270 sq.m; cleaning of basements – 1979 sq.m; cleaning of attics – 1977 sq.m; repair of electrical panels – 8 pcs; replacement of light fixtures – 8 pcs; repair of the entrance – 1 building. Disinfection was also carried out in 7 buildings, and deratization in 2. Mowing was conducted in green areas covering a total of 7.2 hectares. Two illegal dumps were eliminated.
The employees participated in 9 operations to eliminate the consequences of enemy shelling. A total of 125 p/m windows were covered with film.
Additionally, the company’s janitors clean and maintain order in the assigned yards daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, cleaning up litter, washing trash containers, etc.).
Moreover, municipal workers carry out grass mowing, tree trimming, collect fallen leaves, and care for flower beds and lawns in the serviced buildings. As needed, they participate in city-wide clean-ups, eliminate illegal dumps, and address the aftermath of enemy attacks.
