Enhancing Community Spaces: The Work of Housing Services
The staff of the Housing Services «Fontansky» are diligently enhancing the communal areas under their care.
Twice a day, the cleaning crew performs various tasks (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing trash containers, etc.).
They also take care of grass mowing, tree trimming, and maintenance of flowerbeds and lawns adjacent to the buildings they serve.
Additionally, the specialists at Housing Services «Fontansky» undertake repair works on the essential systems of the buildings upon residents' requests (replacement and repair of heating, water supply pipes, sewage systems, electrical systems, roofs, entrances, etc.).
Since the beginning of October, the workers have carried out restoration and cleaning of drainage pipes and gutters at the following addresses: 7/9 Pirogovska St., 5 Knyzhkovyi Lane, 16 Biscuit Lane, 11 Segedska St., and others.
They have also conducted current roof repairs (replacement of membranes and gutters) at: 137b Staroportofrankivska St.
In preparation for the heating season, specialists have repaired the networks in the elevator unit at 6 Mariynska St. and replaced the central heating pipes at 85 European St.
