Every day, janitors carry out various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, emptying trash bins, and washing garbage containers.
Additionally, the utility workers mow the grass and tend to flower beds in their care.
At the request of residents, specialists perform essential repair work on the building's utility systems.
Every Wednesday and Thursday, technical inspections, repairs of engineering networks, and cleaning of stairwells are conducted.
In October, workers were active at several addresses including 5, 34, and 36 Yaroslav Mudry Avenue.
They also conducted sewer repairs, restored pavement after sewer replacement, and prepared for the commissioning of a new elevator.
Moreover, the 'Chornomorsky' utility company has purchased new LED lights for the building entrances.
This week, the specialists participated in clearing debris from missile strikes.
