Maintenance of Courtyard Areas in Khmelnytskyi
Employees of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services Khmelnytskyi» work daily to improve the conditions of courtyard areas.
Twice a day, the janitors carry out cleaning duties, including sweeping yards, emptying waste bins, picking up litter, and washing garbage cans.
Additionally, the workers manage grass cutting, tree trimming, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the buildings they service. They regularly clean neglected areas.
Moreover, the specialists of «Housing and Communal Services Khmelnytskyi» perform repair work on essential systems upon residents’ requests (replacing pipes, maintaining electrical supply, fixing roofs, etc.).
This October, the workers replaced a sewer stack at 10 Melnytska Street, repaired roofing elements at 18 Bolharska Street, and organized cables on the roof of the building at 15/17 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street.
Additionally, special attention this month was given to cleaning neglected areas and illegal dumps, with work carried out on Balka, Prokhorivska, Buhayivska, Dalnytska Streets, and in Banovyi, Vysokyi, and Vynohradnyi Lanes.
