Odessa Rescuers Shine at Ukrainian Firefighting Championship
From March 24 to 27, the Ukrainian Firefighting Championship took place in Chernivtsi, where our Odessa rescuers delivered impressive performances. Over 160 athletes participated, but our teams truly emerged as champions!
The women's team from Odessa region claimed the title of Ukrainian champions!
Victoria Ratnikova secured 1st place in the all-around and set a new national record for the 100-meter obstacle course.
The men's team also performed excellently, finishing in 3rd place overall.
Alexey Khizhnyak won gold in the 100-meter obstacle course, silver in the all-around and in climbing the assault ladder.
Yuri Skripka conquered the assault ladder, bringing gold to the team, while Vladislav Tsyganok secured an honorable 3rd place on the 100-meter course.
