Free Rehabilitation Services for Infants Under 3 Years
For children born prematurely or with health issues, free rehabilitation services are available for families of internally displaced persons.
Parents can choose from 128 children's hospitals and rehabilitation centers contracted with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU), regardless of their place of residence.
Available Services
- Rehabilitation courses for children;
- Early intervention for families;
- Child development assessment;
- Autism screening;
- Doctor consultations;
- Referrals to specialized medical facilities;
- Special equipment selection;
- Adaptation of individual rehabilitation plans.
Parents can also receive psychological support and training on caring for their child.
How to Access Rehabilitation Services
To receive services, parents need to:
- Obtain an electronic referral from their doctor;
- Contact a medical facility that has a contract with the NHSU.

- Use the online map on the NHSU website.
