International Cardiology Conference Held in Odessa
An international conference dedicated to cardiology issues was held in Odessa.
The event featured scientific presentations, discussions on key developmental questions, and a master class based on real surgical intervention at Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 10 of the Odessa City Council over two days, focusing on the topic «Current Challenges in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases. A Multidisciplinary Approach».
Participants noted that this event is significant for both experienced physicians and medical university students.
During the surgery conducted by interventional cardiologists from Lviv - Liliya Sorokhtey and Yuriy Melent, medical professionals from around the world were able to watch live.
Dr. Alfonso Ielazi from Galeazzi Hospital (Milan) joined the broadcast and provided commentary during the surgery.
The topics discussed are relevant not only for today but also for the future development of medicine.
